Green Volt™ is utilizing award winning technology that used a data fusion engine that was developed by the United States Department of Energy (DOE), and made commercially available by a third party. This tracks the daily energy consumption / savings (vs. baseline) and takes into account all variables.
Meter consumption data is fed to a reliable, wireless monitoring device that uses the GPRS (Global Cellular Network) and this allows current data to be monitored at any time. The data is updated at fifteen minutes intervals. Green Volt associates and interested parties are now able to monitor and study a remote field test in great detail. This unique software is currently in place at a restaurant in Puerto Rico.
In addition to our “live” test site in Puerto Rico, Green Volt™ has also been pro active in extensive field testing, including 3rd party testing at ETL labs. Compatibility testing for corrosion has been recently tested at ETL.
The technology has been installed in over 700 homes and businesses in Florida. A complete history of test data is available from both commercial and residential testing.
